Divide & Preshape
Divide and lightly shape; rest for 25 minutes, uncovered.
Shape
Shape dough into rounds or ovals; place in proofing baskets.
Rest & Proof
Cover baskets and proof overnight in refrigerator.
Bake
Preheat oven; bake for 20 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered.
Cool Down
Let the bread cool down for best crumb result.
